Jesus said He would not leave his disciples comfortless, but He promised to send the Holy Spirit to be our Comforter and to lead us and guide us into all truth. He fulfilled that promise in Acts chapter 2 as prophesied by the Joel (Joel 2:28-29, English Standard Version), "And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, and your young men shall see visions. Even on the male and female servants in those days I will pour out my Spirit.”

This week we will review key names of the Holy Spirit used in Scripture to describe the Holy Spirit’s character and nature.
